Perfectly Placed Between Hurghada And El Gouna

Situated just 5 mins from the gates of El Gouna and approx 15 mins from the centre of Hurghada city

Al Ahyaa is the up and coming place to be in Hurghada.

With lots of new hotel and apartment complexes already built and many more under construction Al Ahyaa is perfectly situated for your holiday. It has a long sandy beach which although not developed is perfect for paddling and snorkeling and is free to use unlike a lot of beaches in the centre of Hurghada.

Al Ahyaa is also the centre Kite surfing in Hurghada and has several internationally recognised schools where you can learn how to kite surf.

There are a lot of restaraunts around Al Ahyaa from cheap local street food up to quality international standard restaraunts and if you want to cook there are plenty of shops and supermarkets in the area.

Lots of bars have opened up in the area including a couple of English style pubs and even an Irish themed pub which also sells food.

There are lots of activities in the area from diving to horse riding and lots of local companies can arrange tours further afield such as to Cairo and Egypt.

Around our apartments you will find mini markets that supply all the essentials and a Bestway supermarket just up the road. 5 mins away you will find Fayrous which has numerous shops where you can buy everything you will ever need.

5 minutes walk from Aqua Palms and Aqua Tropical you will find the Nubia and Arena hotel complexes which have a huge range of shops, bars and restaraunts.

Both complexes also have a beach with loungers and umbrellas which you can use as long as you buy a drink and there is even a waterpark in the complex.

The Local Area
Kite Surfing – You will find several kite surfing schools down on the beach.

Horse Riding – There are several horse riding stables in the area many of which will take you into the sea with the horses.

Diving – The hotels have diving schools where you can organise everything from a trial dive to a full 7 day stay aboard diving tour.

Go Karting – In El Gouna you will find an excellent Go Kart track with digital timing and full safety equipment..

Fishing – You can fish from the beaches and catch many different species of fish or if you are feeling a little more adventurous you can go out on one of the large deep sea fishing boats and hunt large Tuna and other Big Game fish.

Using Hurghada as a base it is possible to visit a wide range of destinations using the very reliable GoBus service. You can reach Luxor in 4 hours in Cairo in just under 6 hours. GoBus is marketed as an aircraft on the ground with it’s Elite service having airplane style seats with personal TV screens loaded with movies and games many in English. A trip from Hurghada to Luxor is around £10 and to Cairo is about £12 one-way. Tickets can be booked online and then saved to your mobile.
